TONIGHT 2/7 5:30-7PM: Hunt PTA Family Glow Party!

This is a friends and family event - bring your squad and let's get ready to GLOW!

Entry is FREE to our Glow Party!

Entry only requires that you sign a waiver at the door to acknowledge the following statements:

(a) One adult must be present and responsible for your group of children. This is NOT a drop-off event.

(b) This is a Glow event, and certain areas will feature reduced lighting.

You will be able to sign a waiver at the door of the event if you have not already done so, or forgot whether you did.

PARKING & EVENT MAP

Please enter through the BACK entrance near the cafeteria. You may park in the back parking lot, front parking lot, and along the side streets where signs permit.

CHECK IN PROCESS

To expedite the check-in process at the door of the event, Friday morning, volunteers delivered Glow Shirt orders (to take home in backpacks) and placed color-coded bracelets on your student that will indicate your student has accomplished 1-3 of the following before Thursday, 2/6, 5PM:

1. Completed the signed waiver.

2. Will receive 5 complimentary tickets at the door (eligible for students who have at least ONE donation on their fundraising page).

3. Pre-Ordered an Unlimited Game Wristband.

Please have your student continue to wear their bracelet up until the event check in to expedite the check in process! These color-coded bracelets will allow your family to bypass the line and enter each of the color-coded stations that match their bracelets to: (1) allow entry into the event, (2) receive their complimentary tickets, and/or (3) receive their pre-ordered Unlimited Game Wristband.

If your student has removed the bracelet(s) before dismissal or before the event, no worries - a printed list will be available to receive your items! However, you will not be able to by-pass the initial check in line at the door to receive your items.

CASHIER STATION = TICKETS

Stop by the CASHIER STATION after you check in to:

(a) BUY TICKETS. Tickets will be sold in minimum sets of 5 Tickets for $5. Tickets must be used to purchase food, drinks, glow merchandise, face painting, and play games. Our high school volunteers operating the stations for food, drinks, merchandise, face painting, and games CANNOT ACCEPT PAYMENT in any form except event tickets. Tickets must be purchased from the CASHIER (i.e. an adult PTA Officer). See below for our Food/Drink Menu, Glow Merchandise Menu to calculate how many tickets you will need!

Accepted forms of payment: Apple Pay, Credit Card with Tap capabilities, Debit Card with Tap capabilities, Cash, Check.

(b) BUY AN UNLIMITED GAME WRISTBAND (while supplies last). This LED silicone wristband allows your child unlimited game play. This wristband can only be used for Game Play. Wristbands CANNOT be used for food, drinks, glow merchandise, or face painting.

(c) DONATE TO PTA. Like what we're doing? Leave us a tip! Hunt PTA is 100% volunteers who are dedicated to making your Hunt student's experience the best! We will have QR codes throughout the event to give your 100% tax-deductible donation to Hunt PTA, or for your convenience, our CASHIERS can also accept donations via Apple Pay and Credit Cards. Your donation goes directly into our operating budget to fund programs and events not covered by school funding including Field Trips, Field Day, Grade Level Parties, 5th Grade Graduation, Assembly Speakers, Grade Level Shirts, Teacher Hospitality, and so much more!

What is REQUIRED to attend the Glow Party?

What is included at the Glow Party?

Dancing and photo opportunities are complimentary. However, purchased tickets are required for games, food, face painting, and glow merchandise. Unlimited Game Wristbands ONLY apply to GAMES (not food, beverages, merchandise, or face painting).

What GAMES can we play at the Glow Party?

We're offering a state-of-the-art Hunt Staff Human Slot Machine featuring some of our favorite Hunt Staff members!

In the gym, we will offer GLOW Games including Glow Bowling, Glow Ring Toss, Glow Toilet Paper Toss, Glow Cornhole, and Glow Stacking Cups.

In the cafeteria, we will have non-glow games including Plinko, Cup Stacking, Jumbo Jenga, and Shuffleboard.

Each game costs 1 ticket each! Purchase an Unlimited Game Wristband to forgo the fuss of tickets for game play!

Do I need to purchase an Unlimited Game Wristband?

Absolutely not! The Unlimited Game Wristband allows you to forgo the fuss of tickets for game play and allows your student to play each game as many times as they wish. Without an Unlimited Game Wristband, each game costs 1 ticket to play.

How do I purchase tickets?

With the first donation on the Hunt Hounds Glow Fundraising page, students will receive five (5) complimentary tickets for the event (to pick up at event). Additional tickets will be available for purchase at the event ($5 minimum) through our CASHIER behind the Check In Table. Each ticket will represent $1. Accepted forms of payment include Apple Pay, Credit Card with Tap capabilities, Debit Card with Tap capabilities, Cash, Check.

Visit our CASHIER TABLE at the event to purchase tickets, additional Unlimited Game Bracelets (while supplies last), Glow Tees (SOLD OUT), or to make a donation to Hunt PTA.

What does it mean to Sponsor?

Sponsoring an activity for the event allows the PTA to reduce overall costs. Your financial support will be allocated to acquire necessary items for that activity, and a sign of recognition will be displayed at the event to acknowledge your generous contribution to our mission. A business or a family can sponsor!

Why are we raising money?

The Hunt PTA provides approximately $60,000 per school year in funds towards items like Grade Level Shirts, Field Trips, Field Day, Teacher Hospitality, Assembly Speakers, Grade Level Parties, additional instructional material, and so much more. We need $20,000 more to fulfill our planned spending budget! The goal each year is to raise what we plan to spend each year. So, let's tape Principal Moeller to the wall and make sure we don't have to make big budget cuts!
