8/10, 8AM - Meet the Teacher Checklist!

  • Go to the Hunt gym to:

    • Pick up pre-ordered School Supply Kits* to deliver to classrooms

    • Purchase Hunt Spirit Wear

    • Take a photo in front of our back-to-school backdrop

    • Ask the PTA anything! 

  • Meet your teacher in their classroom

Hunt Spirit Wear - $20, Youth Sizes Only

8/10 Meet the Teacher is our PTA Tax-Free Day! Take advantage of our tax-free shopping day and get your Hunt Spirit Wear at Meet the Teacher! Tees will be available for $20 each in YOUTH SIZES ONLY. 

Payments accepted: all TAP Payments (via phone or credit card), cash, or check made to Hunt PTA. 


Not attending Meet the Teacher? Pre-order ALL SIZES, youth and adult, HERE (link will be active starting 8/10) for tax free purchase until 11:59pm CST; tax will apply to purchases after 8/10. Pre-orders will end August 24th with delivery by early September.

8/11 - First Day of School


  • First Day of School (8/11/26) - Doors open at 7:15AM where you can enter the school to walk your student to their classroom. Tardy bell rings at 7:40AM.

  • Second Day of School (8/12/26) - Doors open at 7:25AM and you will need to present a government issued ID to obtain a badge from the school's Raptor system to enter the school. Anticipate a LONG LINE! Tardy bell rings at 7:40AM.

Kinder Popsicles in the Park, 8/8, 8:30AM

Popsicles in the Park (8/8/26, 8:30am-9:30am) - Meet us at the Hunt Elementary playground so that your incoming kinder (and siblings!) can enjoy a cold popsicle and meet some new friends before the first day of school! Our Kinder leadership and some PTA Board members (and their Hunt Hounds) will be there to answer any questions you may have before school starts!

Update Info for FREE Grade Level Shirts

Login or Create an account on HuntPTA.org and update your family information, including your student info, t-shirt size, and homeroom teacher HERE. 

Hunt PTA will use this information for all student deliveries, including their FREE Grade Level Shirt delivered in September/October, so please ensure your student's homeroom teacher assignment and t-shirt size is updated.

VOLY Approval Required to Volunteer

Plan to volunteer on campus this year? You must apply for VOLY background check approval EACH SCHOOL YEAR!
